About Longtian Village, Luye Township
During the Japanese colonial era, Longtian 
Village was a Japanese immigrant village.
Many Japanese characteristics are still 
preserved today, such as neatly planned 
roads, one floor Japanese style house 
...etc.
The residents here are simple, quiet, 
hardworking, polite, and have other 
good characters.
Usually, Longtian is a quiet village. 
You can easily find that many foreign 
tourists come here and stay in the B&B 
for a week for doing nothing, just to 
relax and meditate about the next stage 
of life.

Of course, when Luye gets lively, 
it is also very lively.
In summer, the hot air balloon ride 
and light mapping show at Luye Highland 
attract countless people.
It becomes a pilgrimage to be here. 
Besides, this is a great place for 
paragliding.
If you are still not satisfied with 
the endless prairie, 
By paragliding you might leap into 
the sky and enjoy the natural scenery 
surrounded by mountains and waters.

The crops grown in Longtian Village 
include tea trees, pineapples, 
custard apples, bananas...etc.
This is also one of the Taiwanese 
famous tea tree improvement and 
breeding centers.

tea and experience the tranquility 
and beauty of the simple countryside.

[Lazy to walk for mountain hiking]
